Display of Sponsor banners at the Saturday field competition.
SPONSORS receive the following benefits depending on the Sponsorship level:
- Website — All Sponsors receive their Name & Logo and Company Website link displayed on the Warren County Junior Firefighter website: (www.WarrenCoJrFireFighters.com).
- Social Media — All Sponsors receive their Name & Logo and Company Website link on Warren County Junior Firefighters social media sites.
- Flyers -- All Sponsors & Vendors have their Company Name & Logo on full-color Sponsor & Vendor Flyers which are included in the Team Welcome Bags and some other solicitations.
- Team Welcome Bags — All Sponsors and Vendors may promote their business by contributing items to the Team Welcome Bags. Many businesses include freebies, tchotchkes, or giveaways such as hats, flashlights, etc.
- Banners — Banners are full-color 3'x5' and are prominently displayed at the Friday Evening Social and Saturday Field Competition. Banners are $129 each. Platinum & Gold Sponsors may purchase banners at the discounted price of $50 each.
- Vendor / Exhibitor Space — Vendor spaces are approximately 10’x20’ and are $50 each. There is no charge for non-profit organizations wishing to have a booth.
- Shirts — Platinum Sponsors receive their Company Name & Logo printed on the official WCJFF Competition T-Shirts. Note: Unfortunately due to increased costs this year, we are unable to offer free T-shirts or discounts for pre-event purchases.
- Recognition — All Sponsors are recognized for their support at the Friday Evening Dinner & Social, at the Saturday Opening Ceremony, and at the Awards Ceremony.
- Thank You Card — Sponsors receive a Thank You Card signed by the Warren County Junior Firefighters.
- Newspaper Ad — Sponsors receive their Company Name only displayed in the Event Newspaper Ad (The Warren Record). Platinum Sponsors receive their Company Name & Logo displayed in the Newspaper Ad. ($150 value)
- Appreciation Plaque — Platinum Sponsors receive an Appreciation Plaque for supporting the Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition.
- Appreciation Certificate — Gold and Silver Sponsors receive a Certificate of Appreciation for supporting the Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition.
- Electronic Media — Platinum Sponsors have their Company Names & Logo and Link displayed on electronic event solicitations and emails.
- Print Media — Platinum Sponsors receive their Company Names & Logo displayed on printed advertisements and solicitations.

Competitors browse vendors in between events.
Vendor spaces are approximately 10’x20’ at $50 per space. We can accommodate vendor trailers, food trucks, and even larger fire apparatus at no additional cost.
All vendor spaces are outside. You will need to provide your own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Electrical hookups are not available, so vendors will need to provide their own quiet generators for power, if needed.
For non-profit organizations that wish to have a space for a display or an exhibit, there is no charge.
