COMPETITION

HISTORY

The Warren County Junior Firefighters Program hosts its annual Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition in Warrenton, North Carolina on the last weekend in April.   
 
Started in 2011 with just eight mostly local junior firefighter teams, the Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition has continually grown to attract hundreds of junior firefighters, fire cadets, fire explorers, advisors, parents, firefighters, supporters, and spectators. 
 
The Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition is now the biggest competition of its kind in North Carolina--and beyond!  Over 35 different fire departments from six states have participated in the Competition, including teams from as far away as Florida, Texas, and West Virginia.  
 
The Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition has earned the moniker "North Carolina's Biggest Junior Firefighter Competition!"
