Sponsorship Levels
- Platinum Sponsor - $1,000
- Gold Sponsor - $500

Sponsorship Benefits
SPONSORS receive the following benefits depending on the Sponsorship level:
- Recognition — All Sponsors and Vendors are recognized for their support at the Friday Evening Dinner & Social, the Saturday Opening Ceremony, and again at the Awards Ceremony.
- Team Welcome Bags — All Sponsors and Vendors may promote their company by donating items to the Team Welcome Bags. See below for more info.
- Website — All Sponsors and Vendors receive their Company Name & Logo displayed and linked on the Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition website:
(www.WarrenCoJrFireFighters.com). - Social Media — All Sponsors and Vendors receive their Company Name & Logo and linked on Warren County Junior Firefighters Program social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Electronic Media — Platinum Sponsors have their Company Names & Logo and Link displayed on WCJFF Competition emails and electronic solicitations.
- Print Media — Platinum Sponsors receive their Company Names & Logo displayed on printed Competition promotions and solicitations.
- Vendor / Exhibitor Space — Spaces are approximately 10’x20.’ We can accommodate larger trailers and trucks at no additional charge. All food vendors will be grouped together. Vendors will need to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and quite generator if electricity is needed.
Additional spaces can be purchased for $50 each by any sponsor or vendor.
Exhibitor space for non-profit organizations is no charge. - T-Shirts — Platinum Sponsors receive their Company Name & Logo printed on the official WCJFF Competition T-Shirts.
Additional T‑Shirts can be purchased at the pre-Competition price of $19 each by any sponsor or vendor. ($25 the day of the Competition) - Newspaper Ad — Platinum Sponsors receive their Company Name & Logo displayed in the event Newspaper Ad (The Warren Record).
Gold Sponsors and Silver Sponsors receive their Company Name only in the Newspaper Ad. - Banners — Platinum Sponsors receive their Company Name & Logo on a full-color 3’x5’ Banner prominently displayed at the Competition.
Additional banners can be purchased for $129 each by any sponsor or vendor. Email a quality company logo with business info to be included on banner to:
WarrenCoJrFireFighters@hotmail.com - Yard Signs — Gold Sponsors receive their Company Name & Logo on a color, double-sided 18”x24” Yard Sign prominently displayed at the Competition.
Additional yard signs can be purchased for $46 each. - Wristbands — Platinum Sponsors, Gold Sponsors, and Silver Sponsors receive one Competition Wristband.
Additional Wristbands can be purchased at the pre‑Competition price of $1 each by any sponsor or vendor ($2 the day of the Competition). - Dinner & Social — Platinum Sponsors receive admission for two to the Friday Evening Dinner & Social with the competing teams at Warrenton Rural VFD.
- Appreciation Plaque — Platinum Sponsors receive an Appreciation Plaque for supporting the Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition.
- Appreciation Certificate — Gold Sponsors and Silver Sponsors receive a Certificate of Appreciation for supporting the Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition.

Vendor spaces are approximately 10’x20’ at $50 per space. We can accommodate vendor trailers, food trucks, and even larger fire apparatus at no additional cost.
All vendor spaces are outside. You will need to provide your own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Electrical hookups are not available, so vendors will need to provide their own quiet generators for power, if needed.
All food vendors will be grouped together.
For non-profit organizations that wish to have a space for a display or an exhibit, there is no charge.
