
Caleb was a member of Warren County Junior Firefighters from 2012-14. He was elected Youth President in 2014.
Caleb was a junior member of the Arcola Rural Volunteer Fire Department and Macon Rural Volunteer Fire Department where he still volunteers as a firefighter and first responder.
Caleb participated in at least five firefighter competitions in his time with the Warren County Junior Firefighters, including the Warren County Firemen's Day Competition and the Warren County Junior Firefighter Competition both in Warrenton, NC, and the Stony Hill Junior Firefighter Challenge in Wake Forest, NC. He attended the South Atlantic Fire/Rescue Expo `12 in Raleigh, NC.
Through the Warren County Junior Firefighters, Caleb was certified in CPR / AED / First Aid. After graduating from high school, Caleb earned his North Carolina Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. He currently works at Eastern Medical Transport and Halifax County Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
